I purchased my first pair of Golden Goose sneakers a few months ago (you might remember seeing them in a recent post), and got tons of questions from you guys ever since. Where did you purchase them?
Cettire had them on sale and I took advantage right away!

How expensive are they?

How does the sizing run?
I’d say they fit true to size, based on my pair.
Since they don’t stretch and half sizes aren’t available, I’d choose the larger option.
Are they comfortable?
Very comfy, and only took a few hours to break in..
How durable are they?
Because they already have scuffs, I didn’t worry about wearing them outside. I’ve worn them all over NYC, and they still look great. No glitter has fallen off, and the structure feels strong. Thanks to the vintage look, I don’t really notice if there’s new wear and tear.
How do they compare to other sneakers?
They’re the highest quality sneakers I have. I’ve tried others like Vejas, but Golden Goose are just on another level. They include a built-in arch bump that adds a little height — making your legs look longer. Not to mention, they’re handmade in small batches, so each pair is one of a kind. And the glitter on mine? Stunning.
Are they worth it?
Absolutely! But I’d recommend waiting for a sale. They’re expensive, so getting them discounted is worth it. I’d pay several hundred for the quality, especially if you pick something you’ll wear a lot. Mine have pink glitter, but a low-key version would also look great.
